Frequently Asked Questions

How to Claim Subsidy from CHAS?

Just bring along your original NRIC and CHAS card for verification, we will then apply the subsidy for all eligible treatments.

I have 2 CHAS Cards, can benefits be stacked?

For example, if you have a Merdeka Card and a Blue CHAS Card, the card with the best benefits will be utilised, hence, the dental treatment will be deducted according to the Merdeka benefits.

What about Green CHAS Cards?

Green CHAS Cards are not applicable at dental clinics.

Why do I still need to pay when I have a CHAS card?

CHAS is a co-payment scheme.

The total amount payable by the patient = Total clinic charges – CHAS Subsidies.
